GUIDELINE FOR APPLICANTS:

1. In case of candidates possessing more than one prescribes educational qualifications, only higher one will be considered for scrutiny.

2. Experience of the candidate as an Apprentice or Company trainee in industry / organization after acquiring the requisite qualification, will not 

be considered.

3. The experience must mention the details like period of service with month and year, Present designation, posting department, Nature of duties and Date/ Ref. No. and date of issue of certificate.

4.Candidates of SC/ST category are required to submit certificate thereof from competent authority.

5. For SEBC (Baxi commission) candidates, a creamy layer certificate for last completed financial year, in specified format only, from competent authority only.

6. NOC is to be obtained from present employer on the letter head of organization with reference no. and outward no, mentioning candidate’s name employee code no., designation and department.

7. The candidates who has birth place outside Gujarat State, a certificate as a proof of stay in Gujarat state since last 3 years (preceding from the date of application) to be issued by Local Mamlatdar shri.

8. Form fees should be paid through any mode to the following account details and to be submitted in specified field provided in the application form:

ABOUT BHARATIYA VIDHYA BHAVAN COURSES

ADMISSION: 

Admission process started by giving admission notice in News Paper [Bharuch edition] during June/July. Academic term starts from August. Admission form will be available at Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan, Narmada Education Campus, Shukla Tirth Road, Nr. Zadeshwar Chowkadi, Bharuch at a cost of Rs. 150/-

ELIGIBILITY:

Candidates seeking admission to Post Graduate Program must have successfully completed degree (Graduation) from a University/Institute recognized by the University Grant Commission [UGC].

DURATION:

Course duration is one year. This is part time [evening] course, 6.30 to 8.30 pm

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION:

The medium of instruction for all programmes being conducted by the center shall be in English.

ACADEMIC YEAR:

The academic year is divided into two parts, viz. July-October and November-March. The minimum number of working days during the academic year will be 170.

ATTENDANCE

A minimum of 65% of attendance at lectures on the whole is compulsory.

FEE:

Rs. 18000/- is the total fee for entire one year course including refundable fee of Rs. 500/- as Library fee

CLASSES AND EXAMINATION:

Everyday [Monday to Friday] classes are conducted at Narmada Education Campus in the evening. Examination held at every six months
